About Oaklee Wellbeing

The main focus of my Psychotherapy Practice is to provide the knowledge and experience to support and guide clients in times of emotional distress.

My therapeutic work is delivered with a caring and thoughtful approach with the clients’ needs at its centre and all underpinned by the Human Givens approach.

I believe that in order to improve psychological health and wellbeing you need to view it as a continuous journey and there are a number of steps that I will help you take to improve your current difficulties whatever they may be and together we will find the best way forward for you.

Some of what we will do will be to help you to understand more about emotional distress and provide you with the techniques on how to deal with those very strong emotions that can all too often threaten to overwhelm you, all aligned to the Human Givens therapeutic and educational practices.

I will provide you with the knowledge and practical techniques about how to take back control of your life by learning more about the Human Givens’ innate emotional needs and resources.

Once you start to apply the learning in practical terms you will notice the benefits to your day to day living.
