The main framework used in my work is from The Human Givens (HG) psychological model which is based on current scientific research and understandings of how the human brain functions and how humans survive and thrive.
Psychotherapy from this approach combines proven therapeutic techniques with the most up to date psychological knowledge to relieve emotional distress and help you move on with your life as quickly as possible.
The HG approach can help you feel better today as it provides a natural and excellent framework to help you make positive changes to your life. It is truly holistic and encompasses all effective approaches to helping people.
Are you struggling with any of the following issues – if so give me a call – I can help.
Please note – If you have suffered from a trauma, I use the very effective, fast and non-intrusive rewind treatment.
